Contributions and profits from the sale of promotional items are used to help Choose Life America, Inc. promote the sale of the real Choose Life License Plate which raises funds to support adoption efforts of Crisis Pregnancy Centers, Maternity Homes and not-for-profit adoption agencies. Please consider supporting us. Everyone is a volunteer; no salaries are paid to anyone.

Information furnished through this website will only be used to promote the ministry efforts of Choose Life America and the Choose Life license plate. No customer information will be sold or shared with third parties not involved in the national choose life license plate effort.
